The Charging Lounge offers a branded kiosk or charging ports built into furniture for attendees to charge their devices and contains USB power which correspond to most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The Division Directors Academy is a half-day event held during the conference for approximately 50 highly influential physicians to gather and network.  These individuals are leaders of their respective pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) divisions, providing administrative and financial oversight, as well as oversight of education, research, and clinical service within their health system division. Your sponsorship of this important onsite event will provide great visibility to many of the most important Hem/Onc decision makers throughout the nation. 

Your sponsorship will include appropriate ASPHO-created signage at the entrance to the event and in the meeting room during the event and highlighting of the sponsorship within the program slide deck during the session.  The Sponsor will have a 2 minute welcome introduction at the beginning of the program and the host of the event will be sure to acknowledge your organization's support verbally at the end of the program.  The sponsor will receive a postal mailing list of the program attendees after the conference to use for a follow-up mailer*.

The Early Career Roundtable is a luncheon for over 100 Hem/Onc physians to gather and network.  Your sponsorship of this important conference event will provide great visibility to the next generation of prescribers and decision makers.

The Early Career Travel Stipend Awards have been established to provide funding for deserving early career individuals to attend the ASPHO Conference, present their work, and introduce them to the many benefits of ASPHO programming and networking. Up to five awards of $500 will be given per year.  This is a highly anticipated award event at the conference where the awardees are announced and come onstage to receive the award.

The sponsor for this event will enjoy recognition during the live event at a General Session, plus the following benefits:

The First Time Attendee/International/New Member Reception is held from 5:15 - 6:00 PM* on the first evening (Wednesday) of the conference.  Two members of the sponsoring organization are permitted to attend the event.

Food and beverage stations are highly anticipated by the attendees during conference breaks as a means to refuel and refresh.
